Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase! While we do not offer refunds or accept cancellations, we’re happy to provide exchanges for any unworn shoes that are in perfect, original condition.
If you’d like to make an exchange, here’s how it works:
- Shoes must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- You can request an exchange within 48hrs of receiving your order.
- If you’re shipping your item back to us, shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Once we receive and inspect the shoes, we’ll process your exchange and send out your new pair.
